Participation over perfection – we’d love you just to take part. This is a long standing village tradition that we really want to keep going, but we need entries to make it work 
Fun family day planned with Raffle, tombola, bouncy castle, BBQ, Refreshments and more – many activities will be CASH ONLY

*** UPDATE – FRITWELL PARISH COUNCIL ARE NOW COVERING THE ENTRY FEES SO JUST GET YOUR FORMS IN **
The organisers would be grateful for any contributions towards the raffle, tombola and bottle stalls. Members of the Village Hall Committee will be calling to collect donations in the early evening of Mon 12th, Tues 13th and Wed 14th August or, if you prefer, please leave them with either Helen or Glynis.(FVH Trustees)

You will see that significant changes have been made to Children’s entries for Early Years 3-5 years; Key Stage 1 5-7 years; Key Stage 2 7-11 years

Alternatively paper copies of the Schedule can be picked up from Wrighton’s Shop, Fritwell CofE Primary School or from FVH Trustees Helen M or Glynis L.
Don’t forget Entries (50p per entry Adult & 25p per entry per child) must be in by Wednesday 14th August
