BAR ROTA October to the end of March 2020
All Bar Rota Volunteers please note:After closing the Bar please ensure all tables are wiped clean before stacking, rubbish from the kitchen bins is disposed of in the appropriate wheelie bin outside and empty bottles are taken to the bottle bank. Please wash the kitchen bins out as appropriate to avoid odours for the next Hirer.

If you can’t fulfill your slot please email all Committee members to ensure a substitute
Committee Agreed Rota for Checking the Hall after Private Events from Hirers that don’t have a track record of using the hall- to determine if all clean and no damage – i.e. OK to return deposit.
There are not that many of these type of events and if there are none in the month you are allocated there will be nothing for you to do!
Entries in the on-line diary with a (C) after them indicate that the monthly allocated checker (see rota below) should visit the hall after the event (next day if an evening event) and verify against the hall check-list that everything is as it should be and report that to Christine (as Bookings Secretary) to allow the hirers deposit to be released.
